About Angelina

My qualifications
I am a qualified Beauty Therapist with a Diploma in Beauty and a Diploma in Salon Management (highest academic achiever for 2014).
My skills
I regularly upgrade my skills. Skeyndor holds regular training seminars for new and existing products and services. I also have the opportunity of attending the college I trained at (Sydney College of Skincare) any time I need to freshen up and reassess my skills.
I have been a Beauty Therapist for four years but I have been involved the beauty industry since 2006.
My passion
As a Beauty Therapist, I love all aspects of my job, but in particular, I am passionate about the healing side of treatment. This can be as simple as renewing someone's confidence after a facial (emotional healing) to actual healing with the lymphatic drainage machine, infrared sauna, or LED lights. I am fascinated in how the body and skin work, enabling me to give great results. This is my passion, giving clients real, immediate results.
The 'Butterfly Effect'
I think my unique service would have to be the amazing facials I provide (I actually did a survey with my clients) and the exclusive equipment and products I use. I provide what I call 'The Butterfly Effect' - i.e. Mum has a treatment, goes home feeling great. She is nice to everyone around her - they all feel the effects and in turn are nice to everyone around them. Kids are happier, husband is happier - you get the picture?
My genuine customer care
I love to give my customers a genuine feeling of being cared for and nurtured: 'Care factor 1000.' For example, if it's raining I will go out with an umbrella to meet my client at their car and take them back after their treatment. I will sit with my client before and after their treatment, discussing any concerns they may have, ensuring they are OK to drive, etc. Clients can feel a little emotional, sleepy, light-headed etc., after a treatment. Offering clients a tea service after their treatment is a lovely way to finish off their day at the spa, ensuring they are hydrated.
I think all the above factors are the reason my clients keep coming back and know that my care is genuine.
Skeyndor products
I have chosen Skeyndor because their products are science-based, result-driven, with the beauty of nature, using many plant ingredients. All the perfumes in Skeyndor products are essential oils only.
